Code of Conduct

TransformConf is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone. We value the participation of people of all ages, genders, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, abilities, physical appearances, body sizes, ethnicities, nationalities, races, and religions.

Our goal is to foster a community where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to fully participate. We expect all participants to contribute to this positive atmosphere by treating others with respect and consideration, both during the conference and in all related spaces.

Any form of written or verbal communication should always be considerate and inclusive. Behaviors that undermine this environment are not acceptable. Examples include: derogatory comments related to age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, religion, or belief; sexual language, images, behavior, materials, activities, or attire that create a sexualized environment in any conference setting; deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following; photography or recording without consent; sustained disruption of talks or activities; inappropriate physical contact; unwelcome sexual attention; repeated unwanted communication; and insults or jokes based on stereotypes.

Exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors in the expo hall or similar areas are also expected to follow this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct applies to all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers, in all TransformConf venues, event-related social gatherings, online channels, and any other spaces connected to the conference.

We expect participants to follow these rules at all event venues and event-related social gatherings. Please inform an event staff member (identified by their official t-shirts and/or special badges) or reach out us via ethics@transformconf.ai if you feel a violation has taken place. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Event staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise ensure those experiencing harassment feel safe for the duration of the event.
