You don’t need to have actual tickets! We have you (and anyone else you registered with) listed in our records. You’ll just need to show us a QR code, either as a hard copy printout or simply displayed on your mobile device. You can also show a form of photo ID, but QR codes help us speed up the registration process. If you made your purchase using an Academia discount, remember to bring along your academic ID.

We can provide you with a letter of invitation for your visa application. If you need one, please send your full details along with the receipt of your TransformConf ticket purchase to info@transformconf.ai.
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that your visa is denied or the event is cancelled. You can, however, transfer your ticket to another person by changing the attendee’s name.

Students and teachers are eligible for a 30% discount on Regular Admission tickets. This discount cannot be applied to Early Bird tickets. To apply, please send a copy of your academic ID card or other identifying material to info@transformconf.ai. You’ll need to be enrolled as a member of your academic institution in September 2026 to receive the discount. Please note that only official institutions qualify.

TransformConf is an event that takes place in the United Kingdom. As such, irrespective of whether you’re a business or an individual, you’ll be subject to the corresponding UK VAT rate of 20%. For more information regarding VAT rules, please refer to the UK Gov website.

A minimum of 5 people is required in order to qualify for a group discount. Please email info@transformconf.ai the number of people from your organization who would like to attend, and we can provide a discount code for you to use when registering.
Yes. If you are chosen as a speaker, you’ll be fully refunded.
You can submit up to three talk proposals.
We provide speakers of the regular talks (duration of 45 minutes) with travel and accommodation. If you have a co-speaker, travel and accommodation will only be covered for one of you. Travel and accommodation expenses are covered ONLY for full-length sessions, not lightning talks.
You can only have one co-speaker.
Unfortunately not. Once a talk has been accepted, you cannot add a co-speaker.
As a speaker, you’re entitled to a 20% discount on one additional conference ticket. This discount doesn’t apply to workshop tickets.
We’ll confirm all accepted talks by July 5, 2026.
We don’t have a TransformConf 2026 presentation template. Feel free to use your own. The only two slides we ask you to add to your slide deck are an initial title slide and a penultimate or final voting slide to remind the audience to evaluate your session.
